Wellness Program
The WillScot Mobile Mini wellness program is designed to help you improve, manage and maintain your health, beginning with completing your Biometric readings and Aetna Health Risk Assessment. Every healthy decision you make and every step you take moves you closer to your wellness goals. WillScot Mobile Mini provides benefits and programs that support your well-being and the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life program is available to all benefits-eligible employees at no cost to you. The program offers rewards to employees (and spouses/domestic partners) who are enrolled in the $1,500 Deductible plan or $3,000 Deductible plan. As you complete wellness activities such as your Biometric readings and Aetna Health Risk Assessment, you can earn rewards.
Biometric Testing: WillScot Mobile Mini will provide an additional Company HSA contribution of $250 for 2022 – to encourage you to Take Charge of Your Health by participating in our annual Wellness Plan. The plan requires the following two simple actions:
1. Completing biometric readings* anytime during 2022. The three required measures: a. Height and weight
b. Blood pressure
c. Cholesterol levels
These may be secured in one of two ways: (1) as part of your annual wellness exam with your doctor or (2) by a visit to any Quest Diagnostics medical office (over 2,000 locations in the U.S). These readings are 100% paid for by our medical plan.
2. Completing the Aetna Health Risk Assessment (on-line) through the Aetna navigator website, which includes entering your biometric readings results.
These two simple actions can help you monitor your health while earning additional money in your HSA. Please do not miss out on this opportunity!
*If you are married, and your spouse is covered by the plan, your spouse must also participate to receive your additional Company Wellness Plan HSA contributions.
