Each time you log in, you will go through the MFA code process.%u2022 As part of the registration process, you will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), your last name, date of birth and zip code.%u2022 Choose either the email and/or phone number your employer provided. A verification code will be sent to the device you selected, and you will enter that code to complete registration.%u2022 If an email or phone number has not been provided, you will need to add an email address at this time. You can input an alternate email or phone number to be used for future verification.Cost of CoverageHorace Mann offers employees flexible and affordable coverage options, while paying a portion of the coverage.
