How to Enroll
Cost of Coverage
As in past years, WillScot Mobile Mini will pay a portion of your coverage costs. You will be responsible for any remaining costs for the benefits you select, which will be shown as you shop on Mercer Marketplace 365. WillScot Mobile Mini is committed to offering you a competitive benefits program that offers the flexibility to select coverage that best fits your needs and your budget.
To start your enrollment, visit www.mercermarketplace.com/ willscotmobilemini
• The first time you visit the Mercer Marketplace 365 website, select “Create an Account” and follow the instructions provided to register.
• If you have previously enrolled in benefits on the Mercer Marketplace 365 website, use the username and password that you created in the past to log in. Click on “Can’t access your account” if needed.
Mobile App
NEED HELP?
With the “Mercer Marketplace 365 Benefits” mobile app, you have convenient access to your benefits on the go. You can use the app to access plan information, such as coverage levels, effective dates and copays.
The mobile app is available to download from the App Store or Google Play. When you access the app for the first time, you will be asked to enter your company ID, which is WILL23. This code can also be found on the homepage after logging in to the Mercer Marketplace 365 enrollment site. You will log in to the app with the same username and password you use for the Mercer Marketplace 365 website.
Dependent Verification Audit
If you are adding a dependent to coverage or you have experienced a Qualifying Life Event, you must submit valid documentation to establish the dependent’s relationship to you and documentation providing proof of the Qualifying Life Event, if applicable, in order for the change to be approved and processed. All documentation should be provided to the Mercer Marketplace Benefit Center within 31 calendar days of the event date in order for coverage to be granted. Failure to submit documentation within 31 calendar days will result in coverage being reversed or rescinded and you will not have the opportunity to make changes until the next Open Enrollment or unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
