With Mercer Marketplace 365+, you’ll be offered great benefits, plus tools to help you through the enrollment
process. Here’s some of what you’ll find:
 Receive expert guidance while enrolling. Answer a few short questions and receive a personalized benefits package, which you can select as built or customize further to best meet your needs. If you prefer, you may also choose your own benefits with helpful resources provided along the way.
 Videos, tools and other resources to help you make informed decisions.
 Multi-factor authentication (MFA) protects your information. MFA combines your username and password with additional security features to confirm your identity and keep your information secure. When registering, you’ll be asked to provide an email address to set up MFA. [If you have previously enrolled in benefits on the Mercer Marketplace 365+ website, use the username and password that you created in the past to log in.] If you are registering for the first time, you'll be asked to provide an email address to set up MFA.
 Virtual assistance available 24/7. If you need help while enrolling, a Chat bubble is located along the right side of each page of the website. By clicking this, you have access to a virtual assistant to answer your questions at any time. If needed, you can also have a secure chat with a Benefits Counselor Monday – Friday, [7 am – 9 pm ET].

If you experience a qualifying life event, status change, or otherwise need to update your benefits after Open Enrollment, you will make updates for 2020 and 2021 by following the links for each year on your enrollment website].
